Our Organic Fruit

Demeter cretified organic fruit We will be picking a wide variety of fresh fruit for sale until late May. If you would like us to let you know what's picking then send us an email and we'll contact you. Of course our email list is confidential.

You can buy our fruit in several ways. To keep the freight costs to a minimum the optimum method is by the 18Kg box full.

Choose from the following options: Subscription box, Sampler box, Connoisseur box or loose fruit box.

Subscription Fruit Boxes (18Kg fruit)

Subscription Fruit Boxes Throughout our fruiting season (late January to late May) we dispatch carefully packed boxes of freshly picked fruit to households and retailers around the country. We only supply tree-ripened home-grown organic fruit, grown to Demeter standards. You can expect between 1Kg and 3Kg per variety of fruit. We choose what fruit you will get although you can indicate your preferences from the 'Picking this week' section of the order form.

You can also place repeat orders to receive regular deliveries.

Sampler Fruit Boxes (18Kg fruit)

In autumn every year, around the time we used to hold our apple-tasting days, we can offer sampler boxes of apples, individually wrapped and labelled. Demeter certified organic. Delivery dates open. Enquire for details and cost, and book one with your name on it. Estimated delivery in April.

Sampler Fruit Boxes make formidable gifts. We will include some of the best tasting ancient, classic, connoisseur and modern, naturally fruiting, varieties found anywhere in the land.

Loose Fruit Boxes (18Kg fruit)

You choose what fruit you would like from the Picking This Week section of the order form and in the Loose Fruit section on the same form you list the fruit names, desired quantities and total produce and freight price.

What fruit we're picking this week is shown on the top of the order page for your convenience. Open the order page in your browser to view, print, enter your requirements and return to us with your cheque to receive our delicious organic fresh fruit by return.

Sorry, but we don't take credit cards so cannot accept orders on-line, we hope you agree that keeping our fruit competitively priced is best.

Terms and conditions (fresh fruit):

Availability of fruit depends on a variety of factors, mostly beyond our control, especially the weather! We will therefore supply your preferred fruit varieties where possible and the nearest similar variety if your preference is not available. If we are unable to meet your expectations then we will contact you. We trust that this is acceptable and accept your order on this basis. If you have any questions about your order then please don't hesitate to talk to us first, best by phone in the evenings between 8 and 10pm. Tel: (03) 528 8718.

All fruit is grown organically and Demeter certified: license # 26.

Organic fruit doesn't always have a perfect appearance and sizes do vary. Occasionally otherwise good fruit can have slight blemishes.

If dried fruit and fresh fruit are ordered on the same order then we send separately to preserve the dried fruit condition.

Please send cheque for payment with the order.

Please specify clearly the delivery and postal addresses (if different) as well as telephone number (daytime for courier). Allow for up to a week between placement of order and delivery.
